Why am i receiving emails to my previous from intuit.ca?

If you don't want to receive emails from Intuit, please use the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.

Hello, I regret that the reply did not solve my problem (perhaps I did not define it adequately). I’ll try again:

 

I appreciate your help - I look forward to the solution.

I plan to terminate my old [email address removed] address as soon as I no longer get emails to that address, particularly intuit.ca.

Have you been using your new email address to log into your TurboTax Account? Or did you create a new TurboTax account using your new email address?

Thank you very much for your help!

 

I have been using Turbotax for many years. I started using Turbotax using my Shaw email address [email address removed] as my user name. Later, I changed my user name from [email address removed] to Taxfundi.

In about May 2021, I changed my email address to [email address removed]. Later, I changed my username to my email address, [email address removed]. In a nutshell, I have been using my new email address to log into my same TurboTax Account?

We do not see anything left other than the one account. We recommend that you go to the bottom of the email sent to your old account and click on Unsubscribe.

Hi Brenda, I regret that's not the correct solution - the email is important for me. I have copied the email below. I received a similar email in connection with my wife's return. I hope that it clarifies my problem. Thanks, Harry
