Why am I unable to transfer tax credits from T4A to Quebec return?

"Slips/Tax Deducted" window on "Tax transfer for residents of Québec" page is blank although "Income Tax Deducted" amount appears in "Forms/Slips/T4A" section. When I try to enter an amount, get big red message re: maximum 45% allowed, but I cannot even enter $1.

I have the same thing. I can transfer over 7K but it will not accept the 5K or even 1$

After inputting my data through Easy Steps, my T4A amounts were in second column of "Forms-T4A" table. I found that by moving data to first column (which was empty), tax then became eligible for transfer. Then digging around a bit more, I found that for T4 form, data was in first column of the table. If I move the tax deducted amount to second column, it too then becomes eligible for transfer. All a bit kludgy! Not sure why it would matter which column data is in in the forms table!
