Why didn’t line 11700 get filled out on my taxes?

I did my taxes on Tuesday but my NOA isn’t showing anything for line 11700

Did you get an RC62 slip and enter it into TurboTax? Line 11700 comes from the RC62 slip, so if you didn’t enter one into the program, then that line will be 0.
