Why do I have to pay tax every year?

Hello,

There are two main reasons why we have to pay tax every year:

1.  Paying tax helps build a better nation.

The expense of running a whole country, particularly one that is pretty much as huge and populated as our own, is humongous.  All in all, without paying taxes, it would be impossible for the Government to run the country.

2. Improving healthcare, education, and public facilities.

Paying tax helps to make sure that the streets you travel on are safe and very much kept up. Expenses reserve public libraries and parks. Furthermore, taxes are additionally used to support numerous sorts of government programs that help poor people and the less fortunate.

Why do I have to pay tax every year?

I was asking why do I personally have to pay instead of getting a refund.  What do I need to do to get a tax refund on my taxes?
