Why does it not install

I just purchased this today at Staples and tried to install it.  It does not automatically download and when I went to computer and tried to install it, it just sits there and does nothing.  I have used this product for many years and this is the first problem I have ever had with it.

I bought the CD from Costco today for the Home and Business version of the 2019 tax year program.   I put it into the CD drive, but nothing happened.  Any ideas and suggestions?

If you are having issues with the installation of TurboTax from the CD, please use the following link where you will be able to download and install the version you have purchased.

As Kim said above, if the CD isn't working, please use the download from from our website instead. You can get the link for your version of TurboTax CD/Download on this page: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/product/download/index.jsp

I have tried repeatedly to install this turbotax that I purchased and it will not load onto my computer.  I have been using turbotax for years and have never ran into this problem   HELP

I am trying to download Turbotax Standard 8 returns I have tried over and over and it starts up   runs for  about 6 seconds and stops without loading.

I bought Turbo tax basic. I have downloaded now I  am setting up, I have user name  & password,have recieved code to authenticate. Now I'm trying to enter the license code but it won't  enter, it says something is not right  try reentering your code & ssame message pops up.

Very frustrating!!
