Why is it telling me that my spouse's SIN is the same as mine.. I've tried many of times and they are definitely different.. Any suggestions?

Basically you’ve entered something that TurboTax doesn’t like, and it gives out a poorly worded error. To resolve this issue, please select everything that is in the SIN box and delete it. Then re-type your SIN, making sure to use only numbers and no special characters or spaces. There should be total of 9 numbers. Ex: 123456789

I have the same problem. Have re-entered both numbers several times. Still the same error.
