Why is my business income being recorded as commission income?

I'm recording  business income (other) and Turbotax is recording it in box 13899 (Commission Income) instead of Box 13499 (Business Income) on page 3 of my T1.  Any advice?

Did you receive a T-slip for the income? Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?
