Why is my t4a amount showing zero on turbotax after being downloaded from CRA but I have 10,000 income from wage replacement (Sun Life)

Is the amount not showing on the T4A Summary Page? That page only shows amounts on Box 16 &Box 28. If you have an amount in Box 107 or a different box, then it won't show on the summary, but it will still be included in the return.
