Why is only my return showing up under "Access your filed tax returns" for 2018? Shouldn't both be there if I did my spouse's as well?

Both were filed through Netfile and confirmed, but only mine is showing up, and not my spouse's.

How do I get this resolved? Spouse's return is paid for, and confirmed through Netfile.
