Why isn't the Climate Action Incentive changing the amount of my refund if it says I qualify? Completing return for my wife and I using TurboTax Free

The Climate Action Incentive credit is automatically calculated once you enter your province of residence in the personal information section.  It will show on line 449 of your income tax return.
