Why, when I paid on line for my 2014 Turbo Tax and the charge has appeared on my credit card statement, have I heard nothing from Intuit?

Ok, you will need to contact TurboTax Support to get this sorted. You have a couple options. 1. Contact Support https://support.turbotax.intuit.ca/contact/ (wait times are high right now but calling in the morning or evening is a short wait typically) 2. Private message us on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/TurboTaxCanada)
