why when my family wants to use the 2nd file to do their taxes, it wants to charge????? Anyway around it.

I purchased a 8 return, so in other years my family has been able to use this copy.

Have you bought the online version? They must use the same account that your activation code is linked to in order to prepare their returns. Please be advised that a TurboTax Online account can only be linked to one account.
