If you're trying to do some planning before the end of the tax year so you optimize your return and you're a TurboTax CD/Download user, check out our planner feature: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647870

Unfortunately, we don't have the same planner feature in our TurboTax Online editions. But, you could try signing into your account and making a copy of your return by selecting Copy in Return Manager. Then, use your copy to play around with the numbers. Tax rates and rules change every year but a copy of your 2016 return should give you a workable estimation.
