WTF is the matter with Intuit?

Received an email yesterday, Turbotax 2021 is available at several stores (about ten were listed).

So in Edmonton Alberta today I visited Staples, Best Buy, and CostCo.  Not only did nobody have it, the CostCo person told me they will not receive any until the end of January! 

Thanks Intuit, for wasting half a day while I drove all over town to try to buy your product which you said was available.

We are sorry that you went to retailers who do not have our product in stock as of yet. Please verify online at the stores listed in the email sent to see who has them available. I see that Staples have them in stock.
