I have amounts in boxes 38,39,40 , but T4 says do not enter on tax form as includedin box 14. TTax, ask for them - do I enter them?

YES.   Especially as you have an amount in Box 39.  This amount will qualify for the Security options deduction.  Please see  http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/ndvdls/tpcs/ncm-tx/rtrn/cmpltng/ddctns/lns248-260/249/menu-eng.html.  TurboTax will automatically calculate this deduction based on the amount you enter from Box 39 of your T4. With regard to Box 38 and 40, TurboTax recognizes that these boxes are for information purposes and will not add them to your income again (or in other words duplicate this income)  Please follow the exact instructions and entries that TurboTax asks you to complete.
