Should my Total Income Summary show an amount for "Net Employment Earnings" equal to Box 119 on my T4A ?

Can you explain why my Total Income Summary shows an amount for "Net Employment Earnings" of $78.57, but Box 119 on my T4A shows an amount of $72.24? There are no other sources for employment income.

(My wife's income summary shows the exact amount from Box 119 on her T4A.)

Yes, what you are seeing in the Income Summary is correct. The amount in Box 119 of a T4A is a taxable benefit for premiums paid to cover you under a group term life insurance plan. This amount is transferred to Line 104 of your T1 General and shows in TurboTax on the Income Summary as "Net Employment Earnings".
