yes I am getting an error message two of them. 1) TurboTax wan unable to download the update. You can download updates from the TurboTax support Web site at http://www.turbotax.ca/support. I clicked on the link and did not see anything to allow to check for update. Then I tried reinstalling TurboTax and this is the message I got. TurboTax - has encountered a corrupt or incompatible resource file you must reinstall turbotax. Does this mean I should uninstall it and then reinstall as trying to reinstall with it still on my computer is not working.

Yes, you should uninstall TurboTax completely and then try to reinstall it.
