I have entered all T4, T5 slips. TurboTax Basic has not yet asked for T5008.

You can enter your T5008 slip in all versions of TurboTax. To do so, go to Income > T-slips > and choose T5008 from the dropdown which appears. You can then choose to Enter a New T5008 slip.
