I do not have my ex-husband's personally information and have no access to it. What do I do?

You should consider starting a new single return, rather than carry forward a previous return.  You can enter the carry forwards manually.  Your ex-husband will not be a factor on your return.  You will either file as divorced or separated.  You may have to paper file instead of netfile due to the marital status change.
