When I get to the end and try sending my income taxes to rq, they ask me for my 6 digit access code, but I'm already signed up for impotnet qc. how do I just login to qc?

You should have received a 6 digit access code by mail, if this isn't your first year using NETFILE for RQ. Otherwise you will need login to the following RQ service to retrieve it:
