2013 info not transferring correctly

Thank you everyone for responses/links to my query last week.

2013 return is now available through the link provided; however, there is a problem.  This return is different from the one I ended up with last year and which I filed. Personal info in the 2013 return (provided in link above) is correct, but financial info has changed from the return actually submitted in that it shows a substantial refund vs the tax owing which I paid.  

How could that happen?  How can I tell which is correct?  How can this be fixed?  I have a printed copy of last year's return.

Is it possible you created a copy of your return at some point, and are carrying that forward instead of the copy you used to complete your return? You can log in to TTO13 (https://2013.turbotaxonline.ca). Go to the return manager (under the tools menu) and see if you have multiple returns. Take a note of which is the correct return that you submitted. (If you want, you can rename the others to make it easier to figure out which one you want to carry forward.

Once you have done this, log back in to 2014, you can go to the return manager, create a new return, and choose the correct return to carry forward. You should have your correct data. Once you have done this, it would be wise to go to the return manager and delete return you carried forward in error, so you don't run in to this same issue again next year.

Thank you. There is only one return listed under Return Manager.
Is it possible to create a duplicate 2013 return and make revisions on the duplicate so that I can carry that forward to 2014?
Or would it be better to delete the current (incorrect?) version altogether and just enter info that needs to be carried forward into the 2014 return, from scratch as if I were a new customer?
Basically, I don't now know which of the returns is correct - the one that shows up in TT now, or the one actually submitted to CRA?  Don't know if I need to be redoing 2013 and refiling all over again.
