Can I enter last years (2018) tax information manually onto my this years (2019) return? I have already completed the return. How do I do this?

You can only transfer in your previous year's info when you start your return. You can manually enter the information if it's needed for your current year tax return, like carry-forwards, unclaimed medical expenses, etc... However, you can't put in comparison information like what your 2018 Net Income was or how much you got in credits from last year.
