Can't import data

I logged in to my CRA account several times and imported the data successfully but further down the line ran into hurdles with my husband's account and had to start over more than once.  Now I have my husband's CRA issues resolved but am getting a very long error ID after I have logged into my CRA account.

If after, you are still encountering the same issue, please contact our support team, as they will be able to view your screen, if the agent is unable to resolve your issue, please request to have your situation "escalated" to a higher level. Answer the questions, so it guides you towards the right team.  Apply the drop downs and you will get a phone number specified to your question (ie - support, care):
