CRA did an audit of last year's taxes and changed some information. Can I still transfer info from last year's turbo tax to 2018 turbo tax?

You can transfer the return, but it won’t have any of the changes the CRA made. If the changes were extensive, then it may just be a good idea to start from scratch.
