Does turbo system automatically transfer personal information from last year file?

The software will import your information from last year yes and for all versions of urboTax except for the Free version. 

I’m having the same problem. The 2019 return does not transfer My personal information from last year’s

I’m using self-employed version, It’s not paid yet, is it considered Free version?
