How can I transfer the system to French?

How can I transfert the system to French? Where should I write that I want it in French only?

Pour préparer votre déclaration de revenus en français, allez à https://turboimpot.intuit.ca/ et cliquez sur «Se connecter» dans le coin supérieur droit de la page. 

 

TurboImpôt CD/Téléchargement

Vous pouvez désinstaller la version anglaise et installer la version française. Vous pouvez utiliser le même code d'installation. Vous pouvez télécharger la version française ici: https://turboimpot.community.intuit.ca/questions/1478161-ou-puis-je-telecharger-la-version-cd-telechargement-de-turboimpot
