How do i transfer a prior year return from online to the software i downloaded
I filled out all the information to file online, however I downloaded the Turbo Tax software in order to file that way. How do I get the online return onto my software so that I don't have to do it all over again?

This is embarassing for your company. I've just WASTED my money on your software! I thought I would at least get a code to use for my online version. VERY ANGRY FOR WASTING MY MONEY.

This is ridiculous. You can't create a download file in online to upload to desktop?? Your company sent me the email to buy this product. Your company also knows that I used Online last year. And you sent me the offer to buy this in January so it is now too late for me to get a refund on the desktop product. My opinion of Intuit used to be high. It is no longer, this is just a scam to pay for 2 products when you can't easily use the first.
