How to transfer College Fee to a parent for students under 18?

My question is in regards to College fees for my son who was 17 on 31st december 2016. Since he does not have to do a tax return, how do I do the transfer to me. He has a T2201/Releve 1. I know how to do it for someone who is over 18.?

I live in Montreal and is using Turbotax Standard

Your son will have to complete a tax return, showing the tuition credits on his own return.  As to showing the transfer on your own return, the method is the same as you have used before.
