Confused on where to look for unused credits and how to apply them to my tax return. Everything of mine and his imported from CRA website.

Are you sure your children's T2202A forms were imported from CRA? CRA does not usually have these available for import. T4A slips for scholarships and grants, as well as Tuition Carry Forward amounts will be imported from CRA.
Once you have entered all their information, you will be able to see on the child's Student Summary any Tuition & Education Amounts they have that can be transferred or carried forward.
Note: Tuition Carry Forward amounts cannot be transferred.
