I keep trying to import my previous year's tax information from TurboTax online and it keeps kicking me out to the start screen, how do I force it to import this info?

I keep having to go through the process of trying to import my previous year's tax information, I get the the point where I put in the code that was sent to me, and I keep getting kicked out to the screen where you can choose what tax return to work on. TurboTax online appears to have lost most of my basic information such as my name and date of birth. The ONLY piece of information that seems to have been retained is my billing address. This is very frustrating and if it continues to not work I will take my business elsewhere.

I am having the same issue.  Spent 2 hours on phone withTechnician from CRA but to no avail.. VERY FRUSTRATING
