If the Tuition Transfer to Parent/Guardian amounts looking low,double check your math &call support. Just confirmed a bug that is zeroing the transfer amount.8-10d to fix

First child's Tuition transfer amount looked low but accepted the number and summitted to CRA. When second child transfer was 0, I double checked the first child. The tuition transfer available amount was now was was expected (a much higher number). Re-Netfiled to CRA (created a second filling record). Luckily had downloaded both tax form versions since the only version now seen is the latest filing. 

Back on the first child's submission, the Tax program refused to allow any transfer of Tuition and is trying to push the whole value to next year. Called Intuit support who acknowledged a bug and is setting a 8-10 business day resolution expectation. 

If your tuition amount seems low, double check your math and CRA rules, then call Intuit support. More incidents will prioritize the bug to be fixed sooner.
