Import investment information using a Tracking ID and SSN

I received my 2019 Tax Information Statement from my investment firm.  The statement says to import my tax information enter my Tracking ID and SSN.  Is this possible?  Everything time I try the import into Turbo Tax Premier it indicates to do an import it has to be with a "partner" firm.  My investment firm is not listed as a partner firm.

If your investment firm is not listed as a TurboTax Import Partner, you will not be able to import the information to your account. You will have to manually enter your information.
