Asks me how I filed last year (Turbotax online), then askes for my login information. Then sends me a verification code to my email. Then sends me right back to the main page without transferring any information. Then I click on my 2022 return only to be in the same spot I was before (how did I file last year)
Our product development teams are aware of an issue with not being able to carry forward prior years’ tax information to a new return. They are working on resolving this issue and will have it resolved ASAP.

The issue has been resolved. You should now be able to transfer your 2021 TurboTax Online return into 2022.

I purchased the TurboTax2022 from Staples. I have completed the download and now try my return by transferring the data from 2021, but nothing is coming through. Even a reboot does not help. Can you help?
I am transferring the file with the extension .tt21
Please try reinstalling the program using the download from our website. It will not delete any of your saved returns.

I'm still having issues with transferring my return from 2021. Tried clearing Cache and Cookies and it hasn't fixed it

Still doesn't work and no one at the number listed above with Intuit have any idea about this problem which, from my research, is quite widespread. I also can not understand the agents at the telephone number provided.
@JD142 We had an issue a few months ago, but the issue was resolved and the program was updated with the fix. So, if you are using TurboTax Online, please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, you can try uninstall & reinstall it using the download on our website here: Where can I download the CD/download edition of TurboTax?
