T5013 Missing Boxes

I am missing boxes 132, 134, 113 in TurboTax for the T5013. Where do I find those boxes and enter the data?

Graham...I'm a newbie to TT, but I did find this online. https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/self-employed/discussion/my-t5013-has-an-amount-in-box-132-but-no-amount-in-boxes-133-and-134-shouldn-t-there-also-be-an/00/922027

 

So it looks like you don't need to worry about boxes 132 and 134.
