When carrying forward my 2016 TurboTax file into the online version of TurboTax 2017, it carried forward a Non-Capital Loss that I do not wish to use. How can I override?

Use the Find button to search/select the option "Losses". From the Loss screen that appears, check the option for Non-Capital Loss Carry Forwards. You can adjust the Loss entry on the 2nd screen in that section - Non-Capital Losses Being Claimed.
