Why is "Import Data from CRA" greyed out on my version of Turbo Tax? I'm using the download version.

As per the Canada Revenue Agency, they are currently shut down for its annual maintenance to prepare for the 2022 tax filing year, they remind you that Auto-Fill My Return (AFR) is not fully functional until March 15, 2023. You may be able to use the service by February 20th, 2023, but they still may not have all the slips online.

I'm using the online version and the option to download from the CRA is also not available as of 17March2023. I've cleared my cache and tried another browser. This is not a CRA problem since the download is functioning with other software. What is the ETA for Intuit to fix this issue in their software?

@Anonymous If you are using TurboTax Online, click on Auto-Fill My Return from the left side menu. If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team at 1-888-829-8608.
