As an Ontario resident, you may qualify for the Trillium Benefit. When completing your tax return, in the Provincial section, you will be prompted to enter the details of your rent paid. https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647768

Most taxpayers cannot claim their Internet or Mobile Phone bills, only if they are required by their employer to use them for work and they have a T2200 form completed and signed by the employer specifying this.
