Can apply US Capital Loss against Canadian Capital gain, if I'm no longer a Canadian resident?

Hi, I'm no longer a canadian resident. I am planning to sell a canadian property and am wondering if I can apply a US capital loss against the canadian capital gains? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
