Can I claim both the rent and property tax?

I live in a manufactured/modular home which I own in a senior community.  I don't own the land my home sits on, but I do pay rent fees and property tax.

Yes, you are able to claim both rent and property taxes.  Be sure to include the direct dates and addresses for both claims.
