Can I deduct part of cost of medicines not paid by my group insurance?

My spouse has several (expensive) medicines. Part of the costs are covered by my employers group insurance. Can I deduct the part which wasn't paid by the insurance?

Yes, you can claim any portion not paid/reimbursed by your Private Insurance, including any deductible you may have paid.
