Can i take a deduction for my united states dental work on my canadian tax return, since i file both us and canadian?xes

I know that I can claim my canadian medical/dental on my US return, can I do the reverse?

Yes, you can claim all medical expenses, regardless of where they were done.  You may have to add US exchange to the cost.  You cannot claim the same deduction on both returns.
