Can my spouse claim my rental income?

I own a rental property, and my income is higher than my spouse's.  Can my spouse claim my rental income even if the rental property is only in my name?

Are you a co-owner or a partner of a partnership?

Most of the time, if you own the rental property with one or more persons, we consider you to be a co-owner. For example, if you own a rental property with your spouse or common-law partner, you are a co-owner.

If you are the sole owner of your Rental Property you would claim 100% of the Profit/Loss.
