I am not sure if you are asking how to report these claims or do you need to access information that you have already reported in previous years?

To make claims on property taxes paid in the tax year, you need to access your provincial profile from the left-side menu. On the second page, you answer "Yes" to the question "Did any of these apply to you ..?". You can either claim the whole rent or property tax paid, or you can split the amount with your spouse. If you live in the same resident, splitting the claim will not give you a different resutl.

On the third page, enter your address and amount paid information.

When you are done with the returns, you will be able to access the "Bottom Line tax summary" from the left-side menu under "review" to access the amount of the estimated benefits you will be receiving this year.

However, if you are trying to access last year's information, you will not be able to access this information in the Online version. If you used a Desktop/Download version, open last year's version then switch to Forms view from the top blue bar. Click on forms to search for the ONBEN.

I hope this was helpful
