Disposition to spouse or partner? In my case principal residence was rented so its not transferred. What option do I choose from the three provided?

Three options provided are 1. Spouse/Partner Only; 2. Other; 3. Spouse/Partner and Other.

If you are not transferring ownership to your spouse, just use “Other”.
