Do I need to fill that part "Capital Cost Allowance Chart for Vehicle" if Im leasing the vehicle that I drive for UBER?
Im leasing the car that I use for Uber. Do I still need to fill up the "Capital Cost Allowance Chart for Vehicle" (UCC) section in Calculation of Motor Vehicle Expenses ?

No. You do not claim a leased vehicle as an asset.
