Employed an also have a business with my husband (rent properties). Do we both click where it says "self employed"? Do we click that we have real estate income as well?
Do we click "Self Employed" and also "Real Estate Income"? The real estate is owned by our business partnership

Rental income is not considered self-employment. You will fill out the T776 as the rental business.
