Employed working from home 100% how to enter water bill as they are part of the property tax (Quebec)?

my water bill is part of my property tax which I cant deduct as I am not commission employees?

You would have to find out what portion of the property tax bill was for water. If it doesn’t say on the actual bill itself, you should contact the government of the city/town that you live in and get that info.
