For utilities on my income property do I enter the full amount? or just the amount I paid in tax? Ex. hydro bill for the year was 867.59 is that what I type in?

Yes, you will enter the full amount that was paid by you for your utilities. 

 

As per CRA- If on the rental agreement it shows that your tenant was responsible for the utilities then you will not be able to claim them.
