Foreign income - if i live in the USA full time and make a US salary do I need to report a foreign income under "income" for a Canadian citizen?

Yes, if you are doing a Canadian Tax return. You are required to report all world income. (This is assuming you will be returning to Canada at some point and remain a Canadian resident by CRA's definition)
