Did you import from CRA's Auto-Fill My Return service or transfer your return from the prior year into this year's return? Perhaps that's where the amounts came from?
In any case, you can manually remove any amounts you believe are incorrect.

No, I didn't import or transfer-in any data. Also, I can not manually delete amounts in the Foreign Tax Credits Page. Need to know if these (high & incorrect?) amounts are falsely increasing my refund?
